Hi, I'm Björn-Eric.

[PLACEHOLDER] A few sentences about your background: where you work during the day, how long you have built for the web, and what kind of projects you enjoy most.

I started Northpaw Digital to help small businesses get websites and tools that work, explained in plain language and handed over so they are never locked in.

The name and the bear

My first name, Björn, means "bear" in Swedish and Norwegian. That's where the paw in Northpaw comes from.

So the name is a bear from the north. The logo says the same thing: a bear looking up at the Big Dipper, the best-known part of the constellation Ursa Major, the Great Bear.

How I work

• Northpaw Digital is a side business. I run it alongside a day job, so I take on a limited number of projects at a time. That means I can give each one proper attention.
• You deal with me directly. The person you talk to is the person who does the work.
• Honest scheduling. Before we start, I tell you when I can begin and when the work will be ready. If something changes, you hear it from me first.
• No lock-in. You own your website and your content. When the work is done, you get the access details and clear notes.
• Response times. I usually reply within two working days. I don't offer round-the-clock support.
